Looks like there is some issue with ADS and not with the functional configuration.

 

Run program fp_pdf_test_00 to verify if ADS is running correctly.If you encounter any issues,reach out to Basis or SAP Portal team for assistance

please refer this note 1590030 - GRC 10.0, 10.1 Plug-in & AC 5.3 VIRSA (RTA) Co-Existence


and

Please note the following points before upgrade to the AC 10.1 Plug-Ins.

 

 

1. Our recommendation is to upgrade both front-end (GRCFND_A) and back-end plug-in (GRCPINW & GRCPIERP) components to AC 10.1 which also contains the AC 5.3 RTA.

2. During the time of transition, you can still connect to AC 10.1 Plug-in (GRCPINW & GRCPIERP) from AC 10.0 front-end.

3. And also, you can connect to AC 10.0 Plug-in (GRCPINW & GRCPIERP) from AC 10.1 front-end as long as support pack of AC 10.0 plug-in is SP10 and above.  However, some new AC 10.1 functionalities such as Organization Rule Wizard, Custom User group creation and EAM DB log collection will not work.

Hi Vaibhav,

 

Could you please check the below points:

SAP BW Side:

  • Query stripping was enabled or not at Bex Query level for all the datasource used in Web Intelligence Report
  • Run the same query in Bex Analyzer and check the output

SAP BOBJ Side:

  • Check the configuration of DSL Bridge,How much cleanup timeperiod by default SAP suggested "DSLBridge Engine Cleanup Timeout (in seconds):1200" make it as 3600
  • Restart the APS (DSL Bridge)

Hi Suresh,

 

If I have understood your question clearly you are basically asking if there is any sap standard transaction code available that helps to get the document list which we can get through by clicking on Document List option while we are on Transaction code - FB03.

 

I dont see any sap standard transaction code for document list as such however standard line item reports might help to some extent.

 

I agree 'Editing Options' - Transaction Code FB00 will not help exactly the same way that you need like document list option.

http response not displaying

Hi all,

 

I am not able to view the http response code in the gateway window. but the url is being executed correctly and i can view the output in the 'data explorer'..

 

find the screen shot attachment.

 

Is it the problem of the interface ? my trainer advised me to re install the interface. is there any other way?

Hi Eli,

 

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the notes you have mentioned. At the time of Down payment clearing values are updated correctly. My question is say PO is created for 1000 and Down payment against PO is 150. Now total commitment is 1150. It should be only 1000. When we clear invoices it is updating correctly.

 

Can we assign a statistical commitment item to Down payment updates so that it will not have impact in FM

 

What should be done for existing Down payments

what is the purpose of field UPDAT field in XNAST table?

Hi all,

        i created custom output types ZNEU,ZVS and checking whether they propose in ME21N or not,only NEU is proposed but my output types ZNEU,ZVS are not proposed initially.so i tried to debug the PBO of SAPDV70A then i found the form INAST_AUFBAUEN , in this i got  3 entries in

 

XNAST[ ] with NEU,ZNEU,ZVS  but the UPDAT flags are

 

 

     NEU  ------------>  space

   ZNEU  -------------> L

   ZVS    ---------------> D

 

and the system checking this condition.

 

 

nur Nachrichten aufnehmen, die kein Löschkennzeichen haben

*   (weder durch User 'L', noch weil nicht wieder gefunden oder im

*    Key geändert 'D')



     CHECK XNAST-UPDAT NE CONST_D AND XNAST-UPDAT NE CONST_L.

     CHECK XNAST-AKTIV = SPACE.

     MOVE-CORRESPONDING XNAST TO INAST.

     MOVE SY-TABIX TO INAST-MSIDX.

     APPEND INAST.

 

so based on the above condition ZNEU,ZVS are skipped if i change them to SPACE in debug mode then all are proposed.why UPDAT is filled with L,D.

if anyone knows please answer.

cCTS question

HI

 

We are on Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and are currently configuring cCTS.

 

I have a quick question regarding this:

 

We have a Development SOLMAN and Production SOLMAN, with Development being the Domain Controller.

 

We use ChaRM in Production and therefore cCTS must work in Production.

 

My question is will cCTS work in Production even though our Development system is the domain controller?

Hi Vijay

 

I'd recommend raising an Incident with SAP as it is a Standard Function.

 

They should provide a fix for this in the form of a Note.

 

Before logging the Incident make sure a Note is not already available

Hi,

 

  1. Download the font which you want.
  2. Copy that font file from saved path
  3. Open Run window and type there “Fonts” , Folder
    path open (i.e. C:\Windows\Fonts )
  4. Paste that font here
  5. Refresh the report and check it will available
    in  font face
  6. OR create new blank report take one label and
    change its font

Sorry, I misunderstood. You may want to look at either the item category config (but i dont believe there is anything with item category) or may be there is an user exit/enhancement which is changing the status of the sales order. You may want to look at those as well in addition to other suggestions above.
